We believe every believer has a role in God’s mission.

Equipping & Sending Ministry focuses on helping believers discover their gifts, develop their abilities, grow in biblical understanding, and become prepared to serve wherever God calls them.

The purpose of equipping is not simply to create more church workers. It is to help believers become confident and faithful followers of Christ who can influence their families, workplaces, communities, and the wider world.

Our desire is to:

• Help believers discover their gifts and calling.
• Develop servant-hearted leaders.
• Equip people with biblical understanding.
• Encourage believers to take responsibility in ministry.
• Prepare people to serve inside and outside the church.
• Encourage mission-minded living.
• Develop a culture of multiplication and mentorship.
• Send equipped believers wherever God opens opportunities to serve.

Everyone Has a Part

Ministry is not limited to pastors, leaders, or people standing on a platform.

Some serve by teaching.
Some serve through worship.
Some serve through prayer.
Some serve through evangelism.
Some serve through practical help.
Some encourage others.
Some lead.
Some give.
Some go.

Every gift matters when it is surrendered to God.

Our goal is to help believers discover where they can serve and encourage them to step forward with faith, humility, and commitment.
